1. About Us and These Terms
Roggio Limited (“Roggio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16633773, with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th floor, London W1W 5PF. Our VAT number is GB507077106.
Roggio Limited is the operating company of the Roggio group and is the party you contract with when you buy from our website. Roggio Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Roggio Holding Ltd (company number 16931948). All intellectual property used in connection with our brand and website is owned by Roggio IP Ltd (company number 16931972) and used by Roggio Limited under a licence agreement. All three companies are registered in England and Wales and share the same registered office address.
We operate the website https://roggio.co.uk (the “Site”) and the related services that link to these Terms (together, the “Services”). Roggio is an online brand offering junior tennis apparel and related products designed for children aged approximately 8 to 15.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Roggio Limited governing your use of the Site and your purchases. By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, our products, or applicable law. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Changes take effect when published. For ongoing purchases, the version of the Terms in force at the time you placed your order will apply to that order.

2. Who Can Use the Services
Our products are designed for children aged 8 to 15, but our Services are intended only for use by adults aged 18 or over.
By placing an order or creating an account with us, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
• You are purchasing as a consumer for personal, non-commercial purposes, or on behalf of a child in your care; and
• Where the products are intended for use by a child, you are the parent, legal guardian, or otherwise responsible adult.
If you are under 18, please do not place an order or create an account. Please ask a parent or guardian to make any purchase on your behalf.
3. Your Account
You may browse the Site without an account, but you may need to create one to complete a purchase. If you create an account:
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it up to date;
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account;
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
We may suspend, restrict, or close your account if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, provided false information, or used the Services unlawfully. Where we do so, we will tell you the reason (unless prevented by law) and refund any pre-paid amounts for products not yet delivered.

4. Products and Pricing
We take care to display our products as accurately as possible, including colours, sizing, and specifications. However:
- Product images and colours may vary slightly depending on your device screen settings;
- Sizing is approximate and based on average measurements for the stated age range;
- All products are subject to availability and we may discontinue or change products at any time.
- Certain products may occasionally be offered on a preorder basis or with estimated dispatch dates. Where applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which require that goods match their description and are of satisfactory quality.
Prices: All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery charges are shown separately and added at checkout. Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
Despite our best efforts, occasional pricing errors may occur. If we identify a pricing error before accepting your order, we will contact you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If we have already accepted the order and the error was an obvious mistake that you could reasonably have recognised, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
5. Orders and Payment
When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the products at the price stated. We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order, but this is not acceptance of your offer. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a separate email confirming that your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where:
• The product is out of stock;
• There has been a pricing or product description error;
• We suspect the order is fraudulent or placed in breach of these Terms;
• We are unable to authorise your payment;
• We reasonably believe the order has been placed by a reseller or for commercial resale.
We may limit quantities purchased per person, household, or order, and may refuse orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers.

Payment is taken at the point of order. By submitting your order, you authorise us (or our payment provider) to charge your chosen payment method for the total order value including delivery.

Both policies form part of these Terms. Nothing in either policy affects your statutory rights, including your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and your rights in relation to faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Site and its content, including text, designs, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, product designs, and the “Roggio” name and marks (together, the “Content”), are owned by Roggio IP Ltd and used by Roggio Limited under licence. The Content is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Roggio® and all related marks, logos, and product designs are trademarks of Roggio IP Ltd, registered in multiple jurisdictions including the United Kingdom and the European Union. All rights are reserved worldwide.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Site and view its Content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may print or download extracts for your own reference.
You may not, without our prior written permission:
• Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any part of the Site or Content for commercial purposes;
• Use our trademarks, brand name, or product designs in any way;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any Content;
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract data from the Site, except for standard search engine indexing.

8. Feedback and Customer Reviews
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our products or Services, we may use them freely to improve our business without any obligation or payment to you. You confirm that any feedback you send is your own and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Customer reviews: We may publish customer reviews on our Site. Reviews are only published with the explicit consent of the customer who provided them. We do not invent, alter the substance of, or selectively publish reviews to create a misleading impression. We may correct typos or formatting for clarity. If you have provided us with a review and wish to withdraw it, please contact us at help@roggio.co.uk and we will remove it promptly.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not:
• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, our servers, or any connected systems;
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code to the Site;
• Use the Site or any Content to compete with us or for any commercial resale activity;
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site;
• Impersonate any other person or misrepresent your identity;
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site, except for standard search engine indexing;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other users.
We reserve the right to investigate any suspected breach and take appropriate action, including suspending or closing your account, refusing future orders, and reporting unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

Marketing communications are intended for adults aged 18 and over only. You confirm that any email address you provide to receive marketing is your own and that you are 18 or over.
13. Site Availability and Changes
We aim to keep the Site available and running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to the Site or any part of it for business or operational reasons, including maintenance and updates. Where reasonably possible, we will give you notice.
We may change the content of the Site at any time. We are not obliged to update the Site or keep its content current, except where required by law.
14. Our Liability to You
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (iii) any breach of the terms implied by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (including that goods are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described); (iv) defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987; or (v) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Subject to the above:
• We are responsible for losses you suffer that are caused by our breach of these Terms or our negligence, provided those losses are foreseeable (meaning they were an obvious consequence, or were discussed between us at the time the contract was made);
• We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for any business losses (we supply products for domestic and private use only — if you use them for any commercial purpose, we have no liability to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity).
The Site is provided “as is” for general informational and commercial purposes. While we take reasonable care to ensure the information on the Site is accurate, we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or up to date at all times.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Site or close your account if you have seriously or repeatedly breached these Terms, or if we are required to do so by law. Where we do so, we will tell you the reason where possible and refund any amounts paid for products not yet supplied.
You can stop using the Site or close your account at any time by contacting us at help@roggio.co.uk.
The sections of these Terms which by their nature should continue after termination (including those relating to intellectual property, liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.
16. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where that failure or delay is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, carrier strikes, civil unrest, fire, flood, pandemic, government action, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks. Where such an event occurs, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This means that you may bring a claim to enforce your consumer rights in England and Wales, or, if you live elsewhere in the UK, in the courts of the part of the UK in which you live.
18. Complaints
If you have a complaint about our products or Services, please contact us first at help@roggio.co.uk so we can try to resolve it. We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may also be able to refer it to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider or take legal action through the courts. We are not currently a member of any specific ADR scheme.
19. General
Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the Site and any purchases you make.
No waiver: If we do not enforce any right under these Terms, it does not mean we have waived that right.
Severability: If any part of these Terms is found by a court to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.
Transfer of rights: We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another company within the Roggio group or to a third party, provided this does not affect your rights under these Terms or under law. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.
Third-party rights: These Terms are between you and Roggio Limited only. No other person has any rights to enforce these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999, except that Roggio IP Ltd may enforce the intellectual property provisions in section 7.
Electronic communications: You agree that we may communicate with you electronically (by email and through notices on the Site) and that such communications satisfy any legal requirement to be in writing.
