Returns and Refunds

At Roggio, we are committed to delivering premium performance apparel crafted to the highest standards. If something isn’t quite right, we are here to help.
This policy applies to all purchases made through our website and does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
1. Returns & Exchanges
You may return eligible items within 28 days of delivery for:
• A full refund, or
• An exchange for the same item in a different size or colour (subject to availability)
Exchanges are limited to the same product in an alternative size or colour. We do not offer exchanges for alternative styles or different products.
To request a return or exchange, you must contact us within 28 days of receiving your order at:

Please include your order number and reason for return.
We aim to respond to return requests within 2 business days. As long as your initial email is sent within the 28-day window, your return will be accepted, even if our response takes slightly longer.
Once your request is approved, you have 14 days to dispatch the return to us.
We aim to make the returns process simple and fair for all customers.
2. Your Statutory Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
If you choose to exercise this right:
• You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
• You then have a further 14 days to return the goods
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
• Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
• Have all original tags attached
• Be returned in their original packaging
• Be free from stains, damage, pet hair, perfume, smoke, deodorant marks, or other odours
• Not be altered in any way
You may inspect items as you would in a retail store. However, we reserve the right to reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount. We also reserve the right to refuse returns from customers showing a pattern of returns abuse.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns on:
• Personalised or custom-made items
• Gift cards
• Final-sale or clearance items (where clearly marked at the time of purchase)
• Any item returned in a condition unsuitable for resale (e.g. worn, washed, or missing tags)
5. How to Return Your Item
1. Email help@roggio.co.uk within 28 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return
2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions (we aim to respond within 2 business days)
3. Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging
4. Include your proof of purchase or order number inside the parcel
5. Dispatch the return within 14 days of receiving our approval

Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is not free — the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
You have two options:
• Use a Roggio return label: a £4.50 return fee will be deducted from your refund
• Arrange your own return shipping: you cover the full cost directly with your chosen courier
Exchanges (size or colour):
• The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the original item (using either option above)
• Roggio covers the cost of shipping the replacement item to you
Faulty or incorrect items:
• We will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Responsibility for returned items remains with the customer until the parcel has been delivered to us.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of receiving valid proof that you have dispatched them, whichever is sooner.
Refunds will include:
• The full purchase price of the returned item
• The cost of standard delivery only where required by applicable law
We are not required to refund any additional costs paid for express or upgraded shipping.
If a Roggio return label was used, the £4.50 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.
8. Exchanges
If you request an exchange for a different size or colour of the same item:
• The replacement item will be dispatched once the original item has been received and approved
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability
• If the requested size or colour is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead
The replacement item will be sent to the same delivery address as the original order.
9. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately:

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
