Roggio OS Privacy Policy

Roggio OS is an internal business management and analytics application operated by Roggio Limited (“Roggio”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Roggio OS is intended solely for authorised personnel acting on behalf of Roggio Limited and is not offered as a public or consumer-facing service.

Information processed by Roggio OS

Roggio OS may connect to business systems used by Roggio Limited, including QuickBooks Online, Shopify and other authorised business services.

Depending on the connected system, Roggio OS may process business information including accounting records, transactions, supplier and vendor information, invoices, expenses, product information, inventory information, order information, payment information, marketing expenditure and other operational data.

Where customer or contact information is contained within an authorised connected system, Roggio OS may process that information only as necessary for Roggio Limited’s legitimate internal business operations, accounting, analytics and management purposes.

QuickBooks data

When Roggio OS is connected to QuickBooks Online, it may access accounting and financial information belonging to Roggio Limited.

QuickBooks data is used solely for Roggio Limited’s internal accounting analysis, financial reporting, cost analysis, reconciliation and business management.

Roggio OS does not sell QuickBooks data, use QuickBooks data for advertising, or make QuickBooks data available to unrelated third parties.

Storage and security

Roggio OS is operated on infrastructure controlled by Roggio Limited.

Access to Roggio OS is restricted to authorised users. Appropriate technical measures are used to protect data, including access controls, encrypted authentication credentials and tokens, secure connections and restricted administrative access.

OAuth credentials and access tokens used to connect external services such as QuickBooks are protected and are not intentionally disclosed to unauthorised parties.

Data sharing

Information processed by Roggio OS is used for Roggio Limited’s internal business purposes.

Data may be exchanged with third-party services only where required to operate an authorised integration or business function, for example QuickBooks Online, Shopify, payment providers, banking providers or other services already used by Roggio Limited.

Roggio Limited does not sell personal information processed through Roggio OS.

Data retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably required for accounting, legal, operational, audit and business-management purposes.

Where a connected service is disconnected, associated authentication credentials may be revoked or deleted. Business records may continue to be retained where required for accounting, legal or legitimate business purposes.

Access and control

Roggio OS is an internal system. Access is limited to personnel authorised by Roggio Limited.

Where applicable, individuals may contact Roggio Limited regarding personal information processed by the company and any rights available under applicable data protection law.
